Thanks to many years of solid experience, we master a
wide range of high-tech charge materials such as LCP,
PPS and PA. The tools and moulds are designed applying
a 3D method.

Complex parts at a high production rate

For complex geometries, in particular the cogs of gear- wheels, up to a thickness of 1 mm and up to three levels on the same plate, we use injection moulds fabricated by means of the UV Liga process used in microelectronics. In this way, it is possible to produce mould cavities with geometric details at the micron lev- el, "mirror" surfaces and profiles with sharp angles, all at a sustained production rate.
